Special Assessment Increase for Roofing Repairs

The Special Assessment Increase for Roofing Repairs was officially passed at the March 7, 2012 Board Meeting.  A total of187 votes were cast – 19 against, 168 approved.
A letter from Associated Professional Services will be sent this week to all Homeowners requesting your payment option information.  This information will need to be returned to APS as soon as possible.
